Which brand of dvds are you using? Mostly this happens because of improper imgburn settings. Use these settings

Force Hypertuning - Enabled
Online Hypertung - Disabled
Smartburn - Enabled
Overspeed - Enabled
OPC history - Do not clear

Make sure you specify 2133520 as the layerbreak in imgburn. Secondly dont verify your burn using imgburn . Imgburn has no way to verify and check the integrity of a Xbox 360 disc . The best way to test a burn is to try and install the game to your console HDD, if the installation finishes your burn is good otherwise its not.

Specify the layerbreak, dont verify the disc and leave everything else as default.

Have you burnt any other game with this drive? Have you correctly applied the burnermax firmware to the drive using the payload tool?

No this is my first time burning a game using this drive but its still brand new I have just bought it and yes I have correctly applied the burnermax firmware to the drive using the payload tool.And I want to ask is it ok if I open the imgburn program after patching the dvd or I should open it before

It doesn't matter if you start imgburn after or before applying the firmware. Are you able to play the burnt copy without installing it to your console?

Yes the game works without installing but I won't be able to play it without installing because it will harm the dvd drive and reduce it performance

In that case you'll have to keep tweaking your settings and hope that one configuration works fine. Try the following, maybe it will help

Priority - Realtime
Buffer - MAX (512)
Clear OPC history

You'll have to do this in imgburn.

In Imgburn.

Build -> Page 2 -> Read buffer size = Set to 512MB
Write -> Page 1 -> Process Priority = Realtime
Write - > Page 1 -> Perform OPC before write is unticked
Set 2133520 as imgburn's layerbreak.

Save your settings, restart your PC. Close any unnecessary programs. Start imgburn and make sure all the settings are correct. Burn the game at 2.4x speed and dont do anything else on your PC while the game is burning.

You're using mkm-003 discs? You never mentioned that.
In this case burn at 4x and enable OPC. Go to Write - > Page 1 -> Tick Perform OPC before write.
Everything else remains the same.

There is no guarantee but the error in your imgburn log suggests so. Your drive only supports 4x, 6x and 8x burning.
