Mediafire account locked again

Once again mediafire has locked my account and deleted all my files from their service. So i wont be uploading any future games to mediafire. It is quite clear that whatever i do they will eventually delete my account and any effort put into uploading there will be in vain. Mediafire clearly doesn’t want anything to do with warez.

I’m going to add a 2shared.com mirror to all the games which had a mediafire mirror previously so that you can get the remaining parts from there. As 2shared is a really good file host i’ll be uploading future games there as well.

You can try to download this file and see if you get comparable speeds or not

I personally can get decent download speed from there

Mediafire account locked again news and announcements

Update 1:

After going through 15 different file hosts in the last 48 hours it seems that none of them are good enough for users. None of them seem to give consistent speeds to users around the world.

I had a chat with a friend and he has convinced me to try out mediafire one more time but this time with certain changes. He has suggested a way to protect mediafire links and reduce their probability of getting deleted + reported. Also, from what i can see creating an account on mediafire is not viable anymore so anonymous uploads is the only way ( as some users have mentioned below).

What i’m going to do is this. I’ll upload the two new games (as a test) on mediafire as a anonymous user and protect them in a .dlc container. This container will only be downloadable with jdownloader so any traditional download manager will not work. If this works and most people are able to download those links, i’ll make a similar mirror for the previously removed links. If most people are not able to download files from the .dlc container then i guess i’ll have to make a tutorial. :p

This topic is being locked now. I appreciate your input in this matter and some users have made some very valid points, which i highly applaud.

I guess my original rant against mediafire is pointless now seeing that i’m going back to using their service again. Lets see how this new experiment goes :S
