On the 23rd of February Microsoft released another dashboard update for the xbox 360 i.e 2.0.14719.0 . Although c4eva has not yet confirmed the contents of this update it is generally believed in various forums/boards that this update does not contain anything new and was released to solve a couple of bug fixes in the last dashboard ( released on the 14th).
According to a tweet by Larry Hryb aka majornelson ,Director of Programming of Microsoft’s Xbox Division this update fixes some voice recognition problems which were reported in the last dashboard.
UberGeek, a prominent member of team xecuter, has also confirmed that this update just fixes some bugs in the previous dash and doesn’t affect LT firmware + RGH consoles.
A couple of members have also posted comments in the support and discussions page confirming that all XGD3/XGD2 games are working on this new dash (thanks a lot to them for testing different games ). Going by this, you should be safe to update your xbox to the latest dashboard. But if you still want to wait for c4eva’s green flag, you can do so.
